Fish Tacos Sauce Yogurt

In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together greek yogurt lime juice lime zest smoked paprika kosher salt and black pepper.
Fish tacos sauce yogurt. Place fish in pan. Season it with salt and pepper then mix everything together and set it aside until the tacos are ready to serve. Mix yogurt mayonnaise sour cream red pepper lime juice cilantro salt and pepper in a small bowl. Shake excess cornstarch off fish.
Serve fish on warm corn tortillas top with lettuce cilantro radishes and chipotle lime crema and enjoy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. While the salmon is baking place the yogurt the remaining lime zest the remaining teaspoon each of cumin and chili chipotle powder lime juice and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and stir to combine. Remove pan from heat and flake the fish with a fork.
Serve the taco shells salmon cut into slices yogurt sauce and optional toppers and let each family member build their own tacos. Preheat grill or broiler. Next zest one lime then add everything to a bowl along with 4 tablespoons of yogurt teaspoon of white vinegar teaspoon of honey 1 teaspoon of lime juice 3 teaspoons of hot sauce and 3 teaspoons of mayonnaise. To the greek yogurt mixture add your red cabbage carrots chinese cabbage and green onions.
After 5 minutes flip fish and cook on the other side for about 2 minutes or until fish begins to flake. In a cup or small bowl combine lime juice and oil. With chipotle peppers and plenty of cilantro it s a meal your friends and family will love. Heat oil in large skillet.

The second time i made it i used half the amounts of lime juice sriracha because i usually serve fish tacos with lime slices as we like to squeeze some directly onto the fish i also serve a medium hot homemade salsa on the side so halving the lime sriracha made this the perfect sauce for those fish tacos much better than the typical 50 50 mayo yogurt fish taco sauce. To make your tacos add 4 fish sticks per tortilla top with the desired amount of slaw and sprinkle with cilantro.
Turn to coat both sides with cornstarch mixture.
