When Do Kittens Start Walking Good

The mother cat chose a place with a lot of bins full of stuff and stuff like that and i can understand why because it is quiet in there and she moved to behind a old desk thing and there is bins lined up against the wall and the kittens are starting to walk and idon tt think that is safe for them should we give them more room and remove the bins.
